About Concentrated Dialysis Fluid
Concentrated Dialysis FluidHemant Surgical Industries Ltd, Incorporated in 1985 is a leading Importer, Exporter and manufacturer of JMS Surgical Products , Aero Healthcare Devices , Refurbish Dialysis Machine , Renal Care Disposables , Surgical Disposable , Small Volume Parenteral Injections (SVP) Located in Mumbai
We are importers of Refurbish Hemodialysis Machines (Dialysis machine) from France and Germany which is totally upgraded with all the hydraulics and electronics by our principle and they are ready to switch on machines. Dialysis is done for kidney failure patients. A complete kidney dialysis treatment setup can be done for home dialysis patients.
We have experienced team of Bio medical engineers to install these machines. Our installation based is more than 1000 machines across India and we have also exported the same.
We are also Imports and Manufacturers of Dialysis Disposables like: Hemodialysis Fluid Bicarbonate, Dialysis Chair, AV Fistula, Heparin Sodium Injection, Transducer Protector, Dialyzers, Blood line Tubing, and any other consumables required.

Balanced Electrolyte CompositionThe concentrated dialysis fluid contains sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, chloride, and acetate/bicarbonate in precise ranges to closely mimic blood plasma. This ensures safe and effective removal of waste products and maintenance of electrolyte balance during hemodialysis sessions.
Safe and Compliant PackagingThe solution is provided in sealed HDPE canisters, offering both physical protection and prevention of contamination. Adhering to ISO 13959 standards, the fluid boasts low pyrogen levels (<0.25 EU/mL), making it highly suitable for routine hospital use.
Easy Mixing and Storage GuidelinesTo prepare the dialysis fluid, dilute with purified water at a 1:34 ratio, following clinical protocols. Store in dry locations (max 80% RH) at 1530C. The products shelf life is up to 24 months, making it convenient for planning and storage in clinical settings.
FAQs of Concentrated Dialysis Fluid:
Q: How is the concentrated dialysis fluid typically prepared for use in hemodialysis?
A: The concentrated dialysis fluid should be diluted with purified water at a 1:34 ratio, as per clinical guidelines, to produce the final dialysis solution for hemodialysis treatment.
Q: What are the main benefits of using this dialysis concentrate?
A: This concentrate offers balanced electrolyte composition for effective waste removal, low pyrogenicity for patient safety, medical-grade compliance, and compatibility with all standard hemodialysis machines.
Q: When does the concentrated dialysis fluid expire?
A: The product has a shelf life of 24 months from the manufacturing date, provided it is stored correctly within the recommended temperature and humidity ranges.
Q: Where should the dialysis fluid be stored to maintain stability?
A: The fluid should be stored in a dry area with a maximum relative humidity of 80%, and at temperatures between 15C and 30C, to preserve its chemical stability.
Q: What safety and compliance standards does this dialysis fluid meet?
A: The product is compliant with ISO 13959 standards, classified as medical grade for hospital use, and exhibits pyrogen levels below 0.25 EU/mL for patient safety.
Q: Is this dialysis concentrate compatible with all hemodialysis machines?
A: Yes, the fluid is designed for compatibility with all standard hemodialysis devices typically used in hospitals and dialysis centers.
